We recommend changing a standard 1” filter once every 30-90 days. Some 4”-5” thick media filters can last up to one year. The frequency with which a filter needs to be changed can vary from house to house based on conditions in the home.
If you’ve been given a diagnosis by another company, and would like a 2nd opinion for peace of mind, we’d be glad to give our opinion at no charge. We do ask that you show proof of the initial diagnosis at the time of service.
It is recommended that your cooling system be serviced in the spring, and your heating system be serviced in the fall.
Absolutely! We call it the “Meeks Comfort Club.” Our Comfort Club members receive two seasonal maintenance visits within the year, ideally one in the fall and another in the spring. On top of that, we offer a discounted service fee if you need us at other times during the year, a discount on repairs, and our Comfort Club members are our priority when scheduling appointments.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 7 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m.-12 p.m.. We are closed on Sundays.
We offer a one year part and labor warranty for any repairs. We provide a 3 yr. labor warranty with any system we install. The 3 yr. install, labor warranty is in addition to the manufacturer’s parts warranty. We also offer the option to purchase a 10 yr. extended labor warranty.
